Kasia & Lucas: International wedding + Fantastic Fun at Jablonna Palace

A captivating aura of this international wedding was in the air from the very beginning. And all of it was accompanied by fantastic music, many bottles of French wine, and champagne fun.

Preparations: The Wonderful “Just Before” Excitement

Lucas got ready with his friends at the Jabłonna Palace. At the same time, Kasia was at her family home with her sisters and best friends. It’s great when you get ready surrounded by your closest people. They know you best, they know how to de-stress you and bring a little ease to make this time special. And we lurk from the sidelines to capture it all. It’s that wonderful “just before” excitement. All the emotions that have been with you from the start of planning to the wedding day itself are locked in that moment! Kasia and Lucas’s Polish-French wedding promised to be interesting from the very beginning.

Polish-French Wedding: Laid-Back Vibes

As soon as we met Kasia and Lucas, we knew they weren’t a couple who would stress out and meticulously check everything “with a stopwatch.” The most important thing for them was to celebrate the day with their loved ones in a joyful and relaxed atmosphere. With that kind of energy, we could afford unconventional solutions – blurry photos or unexpected details. They were very hands-on with many aspects, and we absolutely love that approach. Analog cameras on the tables and old frames with table numbers added a personal touch to the entire event.

Outdoor Session at Jabłonna Palace

We admit, right up until the end, we debated where to do a short outdoor session on the wedding day. Should we opt for the beautiful nature around Jabłonna Palace, or its incredible interiors? We chose the latter, and it was worth it – the session concept perfectly matched the vibe of Kasia and Lucas’s wedding, and we got to go wild in an unconventional way, breaking the elegant character of the Palace! The newlyweds danced, had some wine, chased each other, and generally had a great time. And so did we.

Fantastic Fun on the Dance Floor

We’re not sure why, but at international weddings, the dance floor practically steams with the energy of the guests! Every music set pulls people in for a full-on celebration. What’s more, there’s no gentle swaying or timid prancing. No one’s dancing in circles. No one’s holding back. Everyone gives in to the music, letting go of their inhibitions – it’s wonderful to watch and capture through the lenses. Nevertheless, the DJs (kudos to @filip_mazuchowski and @djzkniej) did a fantastic job. It was one of the best parties we’ve ever been to.
